What is included in your monthly lot fee? The monthly lot fee includes use of clubhouse, pool facilities, and outdoor seating area. Water is also included with the lot fee. The monthly fee also covers the maintenence of the common grounds.
What is your pet policy?
Each household is allowed two (2) generally accepted domestic pets. These pets can not exceed 25 pounds and 16 inches in height at full growth. All pets must be registered with the management.
What is your guest policy?
Guest are always welcome to visit. But anyone who stays with you at your home for more than fifteen (15) consecutive days, or for a total of more than thirty (30) days per year, shall be deemed an “Additional Occupant”. No home may be occupied overnight by more people than the home was originally designed to sleep.
When Can I move in? Right now. We have a couple of homes for sale, and we have 4 empty lots just waiting for you to bring your own home in.
Do you have to pre-qualify to live in The Arbors of Ocala?
We do run a background check on all prospective residents. This involves a complete credit and criminal search. Do you have a set of rules and regulations?
Yes, and they are adhered to. This is one of the reasons the Arbors is so well kept, the pride of ownership really shows.
What are the residents responsible for?
Residents are responsible for the upkeep and appearance of their home. This includes lawn care, fumigating, cleaning and otherwise maintaining the lot.
